A soba restaurant in front of the Yamadera stone temple in Yamagata Prefecture. It is a soba noodle with a fluffy texture. Dashi soba was delicious with a lot of condiments such as cold noodles and cucumber soy sauce. Because the amount is large, people who eat small meals should adjust.
